    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device capable of automatically, continuously, and efficiently purifying nitrogen oxide included in exhaust gas stably for a long period of time, and to provide a boiler system including the same.SOLUTION: The method of treating exhaust gas includes: a step of mixing an oxidizing agent to the exhaust gas of a combustor for burning supplied fuel and discharging the exhaust gas containing nitrogen oxide and thereby oxidizing nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas to thereby convert the exhaust gas into NO-containing oxidized gas; and a step of reducing the NOin the NO-containing oxidized gas by mixing a reducing agent to the NO-containing oxidized gas to thereby convert the NO-containing oxidized gas into nitrogen gas. The supply amount of the oxidizing agent to the exhaust gas and the supply amount of the reducing agent to the NO-containing oxidized gas are adjusted in response to the amount of fuel supplied to the combustor.
