摘要： A network printer system comprises a first printer and a second printer. The first printer comprises: a first network setting information storing unit that stores setting information of a previously designated network; a radio communication establishing unit that establishes a radio communication with the second printer; and a network setting information transmitting unit that transmits the stored setting information of the network to the second printer by the established radio communication. The second printer comprises: a network setting information receiving unit that receives the setting information of the network transmitted by the network setting information transmitting unit; a second network setting information storing unit that stores the received setting information of the network; and a unit that switches the setting of the network in accordance with the stored setting information of the network.

摘要： A printer has a spreading unit 1 for spreading data sent from an upper apparatus into bit map data, a memory unit 2 for storing the bit map data spread by the spreading unit 1, an extracting unit 3 for extracting a contour-protecting shaped matrix which prevents the disappearance of a contour of an image, and a printing unit 7 which stores template data and a toner consumption saving pattern and which prints dot data of the bit map data based on a shape of the contour-protecting shaped matrix. The extracted matrix data are compared with the template data. When the matrix data corresponds with the template data, a noted pixel positioned in a central portion of the matrix is replaced with the toner consumption saving pattern. Accordingly, numbers of black dots can be decreased in a part of image data to save toner consumption in the printer.

摘要： An information processing device includes a lock section, a creation section, a transmission section, a reception section, and a release section. The lock section disables an authorization function of the information processing device under a given condition. The creation section creates a first lock release file so that releasing the function due to the lock section.
