    • The invention provides an ink composition containing at least: a pigment; one or more water-soluble organic solvent; a neutralizer; and water. At least a part of a surface of the pigment is coated with a copolymer containing at least a repeating unit represented by the following Formula (1) and a repeating unit having an ionic group. The one or more water-soluble organic solvents contains at least a water-soluble organic solvent having a solubility parameter value of 27.5 or less at a content of 90 weight % or more with respect to the total content of the one or more water-soluble organic solvents.
