摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head mount display device for hearing-impaired persons allowing the hearing-impaired persons to visually recognize the frequency and volume of sound.SOLUTION: A conventional head mount display device for hearing-impaired persons includes language conversion, and is required to completely recognize words and convert them into characters. Further, information to be acquired is only the character and a sound source direction. Therefore, the present invention provides a head mount display device for the hearing-impaired persons that dispenses with the language conversion, is equipped with compact sonographs and meters capable of recognizing the frequency and the sound volume, and can visually recognize the sound. This configuration includes, in the left and right, a means for converting, in the circuit, signals of microphones 2 mounted on a spectacle frame 1 with an electronic circuit board, into a display signal and a sound volume signal for every frequency band and outputting them to sonograph display LEDs 4 and volume display meters 5 of spectacle lens type displays 3.

摘要： A negative electrode for a secondary battery according to the present invention has a collector and a negative electrode active material layer formed on a surface of the collector and containing negative electrode active material particles. In the negative electrode active material layer, an insulating material is arranged between the negative electrode active material particles so as not to develop conductivity by a percolation path throughout the negative electrode active material layer. It is possible in this configuration to effectively prevent the occurrence of a short-circuit current due to an internal short circuit and the generation of heat due to such short-circuit current flow in the secondary battery while securing the battery performance of the secondary battery.
