    • A power line communication system includes a plurality of communication nodes, a communication line coupling the communication nodes, a direct current power line coupling a connection point of the communication line with one of a positive terminal of a battery and a supply terminal of a load, and a capacitor coupled between the direct current power line and a ground. The communication nodes communicate with each other by superimposing a high frequency signal having a wavelength of λ to the communication line. The capacitor is coupled with the direct current power line at a position where a line length from the connection point is (n×λ/2+λ/4), where n is a natural number including zero.

    • In an operation control system, when a selection manipulation for blinking one of turn lamps is inputted using an in-vehicle combination switch, a frequency signal corresponding to the selection manipulation is outputted from a signal oscillation section to a signal transformation section via a common control line. In addition, the signal transformation section causes, out of two individual signal lines, an individual signal line corresponding to the inputted frequency signal to be in an active state. One of driver sections blinks one of turn lamps corresponding to the individual signal line being in the active state. It is noted that a drive control section stops temporarily operations of the turn lamps while both the input signal lines are in the active state.

    • An in-vehicle electric power line communication system includes: a pair of direct current electric power lines functioning as electrically equilibrated communication lines; multiple communication devices communicating with each other via the communication lines; and an ignition switch. Each communication device applies a high frequency signal to the communication lines so that equilibrium communication is performed. One communication line starts and stops supplying direct current electricity according to a status of the ignition switch. Each communication device detects an electric potential of the one communication line or a potential difference between the direct current electric power lines. Each communication device determines the operation status of the vehicle based on the electric potential or the potential difference. Each communication device performs the equilibrium communication according to the operation status of the vehicle.
