摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a parallel contact flow between liquids in the stage of a treatment chamber by providing a distributor and a separator to each stage and allowing a gas stream to flow upwardly through the distributor and, after gas-liquid contact, separating gas and liquid by the separator. SOLUTION: A treatment chamber 10 contains a shelf stage type packing system 12 and gas is introduced from the bottom part of the chamber 10 to be moved to the upper part of a tower and a liquid is introduced into the chamber 10 from the top part thereof to move downwardly. The packing system contains stages 16-21 and the respective stages 16-21 have liquid distributors 22 and gas-liquid separators 24. Each of the distributors 22 traverses a packing stage to spread a liquid and a gas stream flows upwardly through each distributor 22 to flow upwardly and, after the fluid and gas are brought to a contact state, a gas-liquid mixture flows in the separator 24 and the liquid is collected but gas continuously flows upwardly. The liquid is housed by the multiple conduit 26 of the distributor 22 and flows along the multiple passage 30 of the next packing and both of them act by parallel flow in the packing stage.

摘要： The disclosure is directed to glass frits materials containing phosphors that can be used in LED lighting devices and for methods associated therewith for making the phosphor containing frit materials. Suitable non-lead glasses have a composition, in mol%, in the range of 20-24% K20, 8-12% ZnO, 2-6% A1203, 35-41% 3203 and 22-28 Si02. Suitable leaded glasses have a composition, in mol%, in range of 72-79% PbO, 8-13% A1203, 8-13% B203, 2-5% Si02 and 0-0.3% Sb203. Commercial high-lead glass can be used in practicing the disclosure. Among the unique advantages are the ability to blend two or more phosphors within the same frit layer which will yield a multi -phosphor- containing glass after firing; the ability to deposit the phosphor onto a substrate into a desired geometric pattern; and the fluorescing layer can be applied to the active plane, with the glass serving as protective substrate.
