    • A wheel rim (10) for motor-vehicles is described, comprising a circumferential peripheral structure (12), arranged to receive a tire (T), and a central structure (14), arranged for coupling with a hub (H) of the vehicle. The peripheral structure (12) comprises in sequence, for each side of the wheel rim (10), a peripheral flange (22, 24), a connecting wall (26, 28), on which the bead of the tire (T) rests, and a connecting part (38, 40). The peripheral structure (12) is furthermore centrally provided with a central well (20). The connecting part (38, 40) comprises a first curved region (42, 44) which joins the central well (20). The connecting part (38, 40) further comprises a second curved region (46, 48) which is interposed between the first curved region (42, 44) and the connecting wall (26, 28). The second curved region (46, 48) has a convex profile when seen from the side of the wheel rim (10) on which the tire (T) is fitted and comprises a first curved surface (52), which is joined to the connecting wall (26, 28) and which has a first radius of curvature (R1), and a second curved surface (54), which is interposed between the first curved surface (52) and the first curved region (42, 44) and which has a second radius of curvature (R2) different from, preferably greater than, the first radius of curvature (R1) of the first curved surface (52).
