摘要： As an example, a system and method is provided for allocating network bandwidth. The method includes identifying congested and uncongested links using a tenant demand for each link and a tenant bandwidth cap. A portion of the tenant bandwidth cap may be allocated to each uncongested link based on the tenant demand on the uncongested link and the tenant bandwidth cap. Additionally, the remainder of the tenant bandwidth cap may be allocated to the tenant's congested links based on a link capacity.

摘要： The present invention provides for validating an association between computing devices (100) using a succession of human-perceptible stimuli such as sounds, lights, colors or shapes. Commands are sent from the initiating device (100) to the responding device (100) in encrypted messages. Human-perceptible stimuli are formed at the responding device (100) in response to at least some of the commands. The responder searches for messages that the responder is unable to decrypt and that are received in a time interval before messages that the responder is able to decrypt. The succession of human-perceptible stimuli may be harmonized, in which case, an association between the initiating device (100) and the responding device (100) is validated when the human-perceptible stimuli formed by the initiating device (100) and the human-perceptible stimuli formed by the responding device (100) are harmonized together.
