摘要： A nondestructive measurement apparatus capable of being compact, and capable of measuring absorbance of a measurement target such as fruit or vegetable nondestructively and stably is provided. A nondestructive measurement apparatus, comprising: a casing (K) including a grip portion (K2) capable of being held in hand and a measurement portion (K1) having a ring shaped abutting portion (7) to be abutted to a measurement target such as fruit or vegetable (AS); a light source group (14dG) including a plurality of light sources (14d) arranged to be separated in a circumferential direction in an interior thereof; a ring lens (8) arranged in a ring shape smaller than the abutting portion (7) at an inner portion of the abutting portion (7), for emitting lights (LT) from the light source group (14dG) to an external of the casing (K) in a ring shape; a light guide member (11) having one end surface (11a1) exposed to an inner side of the ring lens (8) and another end surface (11fb) positioned in the interior of the casing (K), for emitting lights incident from the one end surface (11a1) to the external from the another end surface (11fb); photo sensors (13c) arranged inside the casing (K), for detecting lights emitted from the another end surface (11fb) of the light guide member (11); and a light intensity processing unit (CT3) for obtaining absorbance according to detected intensities of the photo sensors (13c).
