摘要： Methods and systems for surfactant enhanced laser-induced vapor bubbles for use in laser lithotripsy. Urinary tract stone disease is a common and costly disease that effects approximately 10% of the United States population. A preferred minimally invasive method for treatment of urinary tract stones is laser lithotripsy, which involves insertion of a flexible ureteroscope through the urinary tract to the stone's location, and then transmission of infrared (IR) laser energy through a flexible optical fiber, which is in turn placed through the single working channel of the ureteroscope. The IR laser energy is used for ablation of the urinary tract stone which is then removed. In order to have a more efficient ablation, the ureteroscope is fed with a surfactant composition which is flowed into the ureter and/or kidney of the subject. The laser causes larger bubbles to form in the surfactant composition, making a robust and longer lasting bubble.

摘要： A method of preserving tissue includes loading the tissue with a solution with a cryoprotective agent and susceptor particles; freezing the tissue; thawing the tissue; and after freezing and thawing, further processing the tissue. Further processing may include slicing the tissue or digesting the tissue and recovering isolated cells from the digested tissue. The tissue may include at least a portion of an organ. 摘要： Various examples are provided for contactless wideband current sensing. A combination of magnetoresistive (MR) sensor and Rogowski coil outputs can be combined to provide current sensing from DC to 10 MHZ or more. In one example, a system includes a MR sensor that can provide an MR output voltage corresponding to a magnitude of the current through a trace; a Rogowski coil sensor that can provide a Rogowski output voltage corresponding to a magnitude of the current; and processing circuitry configured to generate an output current signal by aggregating the MR and Rogowski output voltages. In another example, a method includes conditioning an output from a MR sensor disposed adjacent to a trace carrying a current; conditioning an output from a Rogowski coil disposed adjacent to the trace; and aggregating the first and second conditioned signals to provide an output current signal corresponding to the current passing through the trace.
