    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join together wrapping materials fluid-tightly, by superimposing the wrapping materials, each comprising a thermoplastic material layer, conductive material layer, and fiber material support layer bonded together, by heating and melting the thermoplastic material layers by the application of a high-frequency current to the conductive material layers from a seal jaw, and by partially pressing seal zones with a projection sticking out from the pressed face of the seal jaw, thereby causing the melted material to flow. SOLUTION: While a high-frequency current is applied to a conductive projection sticking out from the surface of a seal jaw 5, this projection is pressed to an area where laminated wrapping materials 10 and 11, each comprising a thermoplastic material layer 3, a conductive material layer 4, and a fiber material support layer 1, are superimposed one on top of the other, thereby heating and melting the thermoplastic material layers 3 via the conductive material layers 4. Further, because the middle areas of the seal zones 13 and 14 are partially pressed with the projection, the melted thermoplastic resin material layers 3 flow to sweep away foreign matters, for example minute dust, from the surfaces of the conductive material layers 4, eliminating the foreign matters mixedly existing between the conductive materials 4 and improving their contact, and the hermetic joining of the wrapping material layers 10 and 11 is, thus, made easy and sufficient.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a content from being absorbed in the area around a pouring port, and also, provided a high gas shielding property by a method wherein for the pouring port, a seal is formed around the pouring port between a cover strip and an external thermoplastic layer while remaining a bonding under a water-proof state on the confronted and joined thermoplastic layers. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic layers 3, 4, 6 of a pack laminated material, are bonded to each other under a water-proof state, and for this reason, the thermoplastic layers 3, 4, 6 form a seal 11 around a pouring port 7 without covering the pouring port 7. By this seal 11, the thermoplastic layers 3, 4, 6 totally cover the edge 12 of a carrier layer 2 facing the direction to the pouring port, and in addition, seal the edge 12. Also, when the seal 11 is formed in the direction to a cover strip 8, around the cut edge 12, a gas shielding layer 5 is bent together, and is completely enclosed in the thermoplastic layers 3, 4, 6 being sealed to each other. For this reason, the waterproofness and the gas shielding property of this pack container can be improved in the region of the opening structure.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a simple structure not having a vacuum piping and a valve mechanism inside of a rotary drum to reduce the failure in a handle attaching apparatus capable of feeding out a strip while sucking it on an outer peripheral surface of a rotary drum intermittently rotating, cutting the chucked strip during the stop of the rotary drum, and attaching the same to an article such as a milk package and the like. CONSTITUTION: A fixing plate 18 slidably contacted with a rear surface of a rotary drum 5 is mounted on the rear surface. The rotary drum 5 is provided with a number of intake apertures 10, 10 on its outer peripheral surface, and these intake apertures 10, 10 are communicated to an air hole 17 formed on the back surface. The fixing plate 18 is provided with a recessed groove 21 within a range necessary for providing the outer peripheral surface of the rotary drum with a sucking function, oppositely to a rotating locus of the air hole 17, and the recessed groove 12 is connected to a vacuum source such as a vacuum pump and the like.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the dewing phenomenon on the surface of a mandrel and to eliminate the seal inferiority of the bottom part of a container caused by mandrel cooling inferiority by allowing cooling water to flow through the mandrel in a circulative manner while controlling the temp. thereof so as to hold the surface temp. of the mandrel to a temp. range from the dew point to the coagulation temp. of a thermoplastic material. CONSTITUTION: The temp. of cooling water supplied and circulated to a mandrel 1 for forming a bottom part, a bottom part pressing member 12 and a bottom part folding plate 13 is controlled by detecting the temp. of cooling water raised in temp. by the heat exchange with the bottom part heated, folded and bonded under pressure at a time of the formation of the bottom part of a container by the pressure bonding from a cylindrical packaging container material C by a container bottom part forming device to reflux to supply secondary cooling water to cooling water at a proper time and holding tertiary cooling water to a temp. range from the dew point to the coagulation temp. of a thermoplastic material. The cooling water overflowing from the piping line of tertiary cooling water when the secondary cooling water is supplied is refluxed to the connection pipe 26 of the piping line of secondary cooling water from a piping 22a. Therefore, during the sealing process of the bottom part of the packaging container material, the side wall of the mandrel main body part is cooled to temp. equal to or higher than the dew point.
