When the scrubber moves backward, an outer lip 42 of a rear squeegee 40, touching the floor, will be bent toward an inner lip 44, and will touch the inner lip 44, so that air flow will be shut by way of the rear squeegee 40. And air will flow under the inner lip 44 or 38, and, catching used scrub water there, carry the scrub water upward by way of filling space 46, and transport the scrub water to a collection tank by way of a connecting part 48. Therefore, a user can easily scrub such a part as under the top of a protrusion of a table, etc., with this scrub brush.
