    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a container box made of paper wherein compression strength is high, boxes can be efficiently stacked and the box can be easily assembled at the time of use. SOLUTION: Side plates 3a, 3b are provided oppositely standing at respective side rims of a bottom plate, and a fold 7 whose lower outer width almost aligns with its upper inner width and which extends from both end lower parts of one of the opposite side plates 3a, 3b slantly upward is provided to form an outer box 3. A support plate 17 having a width almost aligning with difference between the upper inner width and the lower inner width of the outer box at an upper end of a standing plate 13 which has an upper longitudinal direction almost as long as the upper inner width of the outer box and a hanging plate 21 hanging down along an internal face of the side plates 3a, 3b of the outer box are provided with a slightly lower height than that of the side plate of the outer box on one of opposite side rims of a bottom plate 11 having a size almost aligning with that of a bottom plate of the outer box 3 so that they can be folded back via respective folds. In addition, folds 25 are provided at both ends of the standing plate 13, the support plate 17 and the hanging plate 21 to allow them to be folded back.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high heat insulating property by suppressing the flowing of air in a space between an external box and an internal frame body, and in addition, improve the assembling property by forming a member being fitted in the external box into a frame structure to reduce the cost. SOLUTION: A first side plate 9 wherein a first standing plate 9a comprising of a width which is not more than the height of an external box 3, a first flat surface plate 9b being extended with a width which approx. meets a gap to be formed between side plates of the external box, and a first vertically hanging plate 9c which vertically hangs down along the internal surface of the side plate of the external box are provided, is integrally formed. An internal frame body 5 is formed by integrally forming a second side plate 11 wherein a second flat surface plate 11b with a width which approx. meets the gap to be formed between the side plates of the external box, a second vertically hanging plate which vertically hangs down along the internal surface of the side plate of the external box, and closing plates to close openings at both end edges, are provided. When the internal frame body is fitted in the external box, spaces with widths which approx. meet the first and second flat surface plates, are respectively formed, and at the same time, openings at both ends of the spaces are closed by the closing plates.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing box with a bottom plate of water-proof structure by closely fitting a bottom box, formed in a box shape by erecting side plates, into the bottom part of an outer box formed in a bottomed box shape by bending paper material on the inner surface of which is coated with synthetic resin layer. SOLUTION: A box 1 comprises an outer box 3, a bottom box 5 fitted closely into the bottom part of the outer box 3, and a water absorbing member 7 installed between the outer box 3 and the bottom box 5. Also first and second side plates 11 and 13 are installed so that they can be folded at their respective first and second bends. The heights of the first and second side plates 11 and 13 are half or below the height of the outer box 3. A water-proof paper material is formed in a box shape by overlapping each corner plate 19 bent in a triangular shape on the inner or outer surface of either of the first and second side plates 11 and 13 after the first and second side plates 11 and 13 are bent inward on a bottom plate 9 at their respective first and second bends and erected while each corner plate 9 is bent inward in a triangular shape at its third bend. As a result, leakage of chemical liquid, etc., and the resulting secondary contamination can be prevented, and waste can be disposed off.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waterproof box made of paper having high waterproofness and strength by locking and attaching both ends of a reinforcing plate to a locked part with respect to an inner face of a second side plate in a box body which is formed by overlaying a top plate and a fold plate wherein an upper part of a first side plate has been folded at third and fourth folds on corner plates to be formed into a box shape. SOLUTION: A waterproof box 1 made of paper comprises a box body 3 of a paper material with a synthetic resin layer laminated on an inner face and reinforcing plates 5. An upper part of a first side plate 27 is folded inward sequentially at third and fourth folds, and a top plate 15 is positioned to cover an upper face of respective corner plates 30 overlaid on an inner face of the first side plate 27. In addition, after a fold plate 17 is overlaid on an inner face of the respective corner plates 30 overlaid on the first side plate 27, the first side plate 27, the respective corner plate 30 and the fold plate 17 are fixed by a fixing member 35 to be formed into the box body 3. The reinforcing plate 5 is attached to an inner face of a second side plate 29 in the box body 3, and its upper part is attached to a cut of the top plate 15 and a cut of the fold plate 17 so that they are locked to one another.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly connect mutual boxes to keep a stacked state by integrally forming corner plates which are foldable at folds where the upper parts thereof are inclined somewhat inwardly from a perpendicular line and integrally and erectably forming a pair of erecting plates oppositely arranged at respective side edges of the bottom plate. SOLUTION: Engaging holes 3a are formed at the shorter side edges of a bottom plate 3. Corner plates 9 which can be folded at folds inclined somewhat inwardly are formed at both ends of first side plates 5. On assembling the box, the corner plates 9 are erected somewhat slantly toward the inside. The erecting plates 13 constituting second side plates 7 are a little inclined inwardly together with engaging projections 15b integrally formed therewith. In this stackable paper box 1, the engaging projections 15b of the lower stacking paper box 1 are engaged with the engaging holes 3a of the upper stacking paper box 1 to stack it. In this time, since the engaging projections 15b have a height equal to the longitudinal width of the top face plate 15 and slanted inwardly, the engaging strength of the projections with the engaging holes 3a is increased.
