摘要： A method, a device and a computer for data operation are provided, wherein the method includes that: when a writing data operation to a sector of a storage device is performed, whether the sector belongs to an original storage block of a reduction point of the storage device is judged; if yes, then a new storage block is allotted and the data is written into the new storage block; a table is created, the table includes: an address of the original storage block, an address of the new storage block and a first ID, the first ID has the first ID elements that respectively correspond to the sectors in the original storage block and the new storage block, each first ID element has a first status which represents reading the data from the original storage block when the data of the corresponding sector is resumed, and a second status which represents reading the data from the new storage block when the data of the corresponding sector is resumed; and the address of the original storage block in an address index list of the reduction point is pointed to the table; if no, then a new storage block is allotted and the data is written into the new storage block; and an address of the original storage block in an address index list of the reduction point is modified to an address of the new storage block. The solution of the invention can save the time of operating the sector of the reduction point of the storage device, and can improve the capability of the computer.

摘要： A display device is provided for reflecting a black color, as enabled by an optical splitting photonic liquid crystal waveguide. Sets of top and bottom electrodes are formed in a periodic pattern. A first dielectric layer overlies the set of bottom electrodes, made from a liquid crystal (LC) material with molecules having dipoles responsive to an electric field. A plasmonic layer, including a plurality of discrete plasmonic particles, is interposed between the sets of top and bottom electrodes, and is in contact with the first dielectric layer. A voltage potential is applied between the top and bottom electrodes, generating an electric field. Dipole local orientation and non-orientation regions are created in the liquid crystal molecules in response to the electric field, and a wavelength of light outside the visible spectrum is reflected in response to optical spectrum splitting of the incident light.

摘要： A display device is provided that includes a plurality of pixels, where each pixel includes a single subpixel. In a first aspect, a single subpixel is able to sequentially generate a plurality of (e.g., at least three) primary colors. As a result of the single subpixel, the display is able to supply a gamut of colors including at least 3 primary colors. For example, the sequential generation of the 3 primary colors may involve operating the subpixel in a time division multiplex (TDM) mode, and a primary combination color is supplied in response to the subpixel generating 2 primary colors in respective TDM subframes. When the pixel includes at least two neighboring subpixels, the pixel may additionally be operated in a spatial division multiple (SDM) mode or in the TDM mode.

摘要： A process of silicon (Si) surface modification is provided for the electrochemical synthesis of Si particles in suspension. The process begins with a Si first substrate with a surface, and forms Si particles attached to the surface. Hydrogen-terminated Si particles are created and the first substrate is immersed in a hexane/1-octene (1/1 volume ratio) solution with a catalytic amount of chloroplatinic acid (H2PtCl6). 1-octene is bonded with the hydrogen-terminated Si particles, creating modified Si particles, with octyl capping ligands, attached to the substrate surface. The first substrate is then exposed to ultrasonication, separating the modified Si particles from the first substrate. After removing the first substrate, a suspension is created of modified Si particles suspended in excess hexane/1-octene.

摘要： A method is provided for color tuning a plasmonic device with a color tunable electronic skin. A plasmonic electronic skin is used, including a first substrate, a plasmonic structure, an electrically conductive transparent first electrode layer, an electrically conductive transparent second electrode layer, and a polymer-networked liquid crystal (PNLC) layer interposed between the first and second transparent electrode layers. In response to receiving a color tuning voltage, a full visible spectrum incident light, and a PNLC switch voltage, the plasmonic structure generates a first primary color. A primary color exhibits a single wavelength peak with a spectral full width at half magnitudes (FWHMs) in the visible spectrum of light. In response to receiving the PNLC switch voltage between the first and second electrode layers, the PNLC layer passes incident light.
