摘要： A shaft seal excellent in wear resistance which reduces the amount of gas leakage from a high pressure side to a low pressure side, wherein flexible thin sheets (18) are laminated in ring-shape and disposed mainly around a rotating shaft (11) of a gas turbine, the turbine comprises a casing (12), a compressor, a rotating shaft (11), rotor vanes installed on the rotating shaft (11), and stator vanes installed in the casing (12) so that they are opposed to the rotor vanes, and the shaft seal is disposed between the plurality of stator vanes and the rotating shaft (11) so that each thin sheet (18) is brought into contact with the rotating shaft (11), whereby, during the rated operation, the tips of the thin sheets (18) are floated slightly from the surface of the rotating shaft (11) by a dynamic pressure caused by the rotation of the rotating shaft (11) and, when the operation is stopped, the tips of the thin sheets touch the rotating shaft (11) again by an elastic restoring force of the thin sheets (18).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the facilitation and safety of peeling work by providing a peeling scissors both with a sharp biting part at the end of the catching part and with a recessed biting restraining groove that has been pinched between the biting part and the biting restraining part in the same direction thereof. SOLUTION: A pair of peeling scissors is provided with a biting part, a biting restraining part that has been provided in the same direction thereof, and a recessed biting restraining groove that has been pinched between the biting part and the biting restraining part and that is formed in the central part in the thickness direction of a catching part 3a. When a cutting-edge-side member 2 and a catching-side member 3 are moved in the direction the catching part 3a and a cutting-edge part 2a are closed, the biting part of the catching part 3a in the catching-side member 3 bites into the outer skin of an apple. The depth of this biting is restricted up to the depth until a part of the outer skin of the apple is abutted on the biting restraining groove of the catching part 3a. As a result, the catching part 3a of the catching-side member 3 restrains the movement of a peeling objective article in the turning direction, so that the cutting edge provided to the edge part 2a of the cutting-edge-side member 2 bites into the interior of the outer skin of the apple, and moves the lower part of the outer skin up to the position where the biting part of the catching part 3a bites into the outer skin.
