摘要： To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module capable of minimizing the degradation in properties of the solar cell, and so on, due to heating associated with the connection between the solar cell and the electrically conductive sheet, and that is capable of obtaining excellent connection reliability that can withstand long term heat cycling. Resolution Means: A method of manufacturing a solar cell module that includes a solar cell and an electrically conductive sheet that is electrically connected to the solar cell, method including: thermally bonding a stacked body that includes an electrode of the solar cell and the electrically conductive sheet disposed in opposition to each other with an adhesive film that is applied to one surface of the electrically conductive sheet disposed therebetween, to harden the adhesive film, and electrically connect the electrode and the electrically conductive sheet, wherein the adhesive film is formed from at least thermosetting epoxy resin, latent hardener, and organic elastic fine particles, and the content of the organic elastic fine particles in the adhesive film is 20 to 55 mass% of the total mass of the adhesive film.

Generally, the application is directed to a meth)acrylic pigmented film comprising a film forming resin. The film forming resin comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer containing a unit derived from a carboxyl group-containing monomer and a (meth)acrylic polymer containing a unit derived from an amino group-containing monomer. The pigmented film additionally comprises a dispersant selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylic polymer containing a unit derived from a hydroxyl group-containing monomer and a (meth)acrylic polymer containing a unit derived from an amino group-containing monomer. Also, the pigmented film comprises a pigment concentrate comprising a pigment dispersed in said dispersant.

The carboxyl groups and piperidinyl groups form acid-base ionic bonds, so affinity between the two polymers is improved and the film exhibits good toughness. The films disclosed herein may be used as receptor sheets for printing processes such as electrostatic toner printing and inkjet printing.

The nanoparticles constitute from 40 to 95 mass% of an entire mass of the anti-reflective hard coat. From 10 to 50 mass% of the nanoparticles have an average particle size within a range of 2 to 200 nm. From 50 to 90 mass% of the nanoparticles have an average particle size within a range of 60 to 400 nm. A ratio of the average particle size of nanoparticles having an average particle size within the range of 60 to 400 nm to the average particle size of nanoparticles having an average particle size within a range of 2 to 200 nm is from 2:1 to 200:1. The particle size distribution of the nanoparticles is bimodal or multimodal.
