摘要： An attempt at blending a silicone-base cosmetic material with particulate titanium dioxide for imparting ultraviolet-screening properties to the material causes the agglomeration of particulate titanium dioxide and thus fails in exhibiting the transparency and ultraviolet-screening properties inherent in the titanium dioxide, because the surface of the particulate titanium dioxide is hydrophilic while silicone is highly hydrophobic, i.e., both components are incompatible with each other. The present invention provides a stable dispersion prepared by dispersing particulate titanium dioxide having a mean single particle diameter of 0.005 to 0.15 mu m in a silicone medium by the use of a dispersant.

摘要： The adhesiveness of a thermal spray coating and a cylinder internal surface is improved by forming a sufficient roughened surface on an internal surface. A processing roller is installed on the main shaft of a processing device via a pressurizing mechanism. An uneven surface is provided on the external periphery of the processing roller. By pressing the processing roller against the internal surface while the roller rotates and moves, a fine unevenness that corresponds to the unevenness of the roller is formed on the cylinder internal surface. A thermal spray coating is formed on the internal surface where the inner surface has been roughened by forming the above-mentioned unevenness.

A sprayed film is formed on an inner peripheral surface of a cylinder bore by a spraying gun in a state where a dummy head is pressed against a cylinder block such that a cylinder head is fastened to the cylinder block by a bolt. Thereby, a deformed state of a cylinder bore is simulated. A protection mask prevents the sprayed film from adhering to the dummy head and is detachably attached to the liner hole of the dummy head.

As a result, the block can be produced in a factory and carried to a working site for construction work to reduce manhour, thus it is possible to shorten a construction work period substantially and attain mass production for cost reduction.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leading rein from being entangled with a bridle and to facilitate the lead of a horse by the leading rein by integrally coupling at least a pair of retaining members provided to the bridle connected to a bit. SOLUTION: A bridle 2 composed of a long rope is connected to rings 1a provided at opposite ends of a bit 1 taken in the mouth of a horse. At least one pair of retaining members 2, 4 which are provided in a part of the bridle 2, are composed of attaching parts 3a, 4a and hooks 3b, 4b which are adapted to be releasably coupled together. When the hooks 3b, 4b are coupled, the bridle 2 is partly coupled. With this arrangement, when a leading rein 10 connected to the bit 1 is pulled so as to lead a horse, the bridle 2 is prevented from being entangled with the leading rein 10, thereby it is possible to easily lead the horse with the use of the leading rein 10.
