摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve combining force between super abrasive grains and a combining material and improve weariness of the combining material in a grinding process and material of a grinding stone. SOLUTION: This grinding stone is made of super abrasive grains 1 as abrasive grains and metal powder as a binder 3, the binder 3 is formed in a porous body holding the super abrasive grains by chemically and physically binding, and after it is formed into the porous body, at least its surface is modified in ceramics. Firstly ejection of the abrasive grains is controlled, and thereafter, a holding state of the abrasive grains is controlled in a method to manufacture a porous grinding stone with materials of the super abrasive grains 1 as the abrasive grains and the metal powder as the binder 3. These super abrasive grains 1 are diamond and cubic boron nitride, and the binder 3 is more than one kind selected from a group consisting of Fe, Cu, Ni, Co, Cr, Ta, V, Nb, Al, W, Ti, Si and Zr, porosity of the whole grinding stone is 5-60%, favourably 5-45%.

SOLUTION: In preliminary molded material for manufacturing a grinding wheel having controlled abrasive grain intervals, super abrasive grain is used in place of abrasive grain, and granule mixed with compound composed of metallic powder is used as binding agent. And the preliminary molded material is formed out of a combination of preliminary molded material molded out of granule used as raw material, which is mixed with composition composed of user abrasive grain in place of abrasive grain, with preliminary molded material molded out of granule as raw material composed of metallic powder as a binding agent. In this case, it is preferable to control the preliminary molded material acting as binding agent in such a way as to be worn out faster than the binding agent portion of the preliminary molded material containing abrasive grain in its raw material composition. The shape of the preliminary molded material is exemplified as a sheet shape and a bar-like shape.

摘要： A vegetable deodorant for feces and urine which exhibits, when taken orally, the effect of relieving the bad smell of feces and urine excreted from the living body and has a high safety. This deodorant contains: (1) an optionally dried and solidified fermented liquor prepared by inoculating a liquid medium containing rice bran, soybeam, carbon sources and water with Bacillus subtilis followed by incubation and filtration; (2) an optionally dried and solidified wood component solution prepared by using at least one of cedar, Japanese cypress and pine trees; and (3) at least one material selected from among an optionally dried and solidified tea leaf extract, and optionally dried and solidifed apiaceae extract and an optionally dried and solidified mushroom extract. When orally taken, the deodorant can relieve the bad smell of feces and urine. Because of being made of natural materials, it is safe for the living body. Because of being taken orally, moreover it can exert the effect of relieving the bad smell of feces and urine before excretion, thus achieving an excellent deodorizing effect.
