And air is supplied to the burner 4 below the heating plate 2 as the second air and also the remnant air is exhausted from the air exhausting outlet 26 at the upper surface of the stand frame 9 through an air passage 15.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically effect various kinds of cooking through a single controller which acts according to cooking programs, by enabling the use of the controller for various cookers. CONSTITUTION:The controller 2 can be connected to the cookers such as a gas oven, a gas range, etc. The controller comprises a cooking card reader 16, a microprocessor 3 and information means such as a buzzer 4 and light-emitting diode 5 for informing the progress of a cooking program. Cooking is automatically and sequentially performed through the controller. Since information on the starting of a gas cock 15 is applied to the controller 2 through a switch 14, a program circuit can start programming with time in response to the manual generation of the starting information. The true cooking and the programming are made coincident with each other to accurately effect the cooking. A data setting section 47 is provided to store the cooking program into an external random-access memory 46 to cause the processor to process operations on the basis of the stored data. A storing section 48 is provided to store the data on a card. The input of a desired program can thus be effected.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an exhaust device for a combustion apparatus which can perform preferable combustion state and simplify the operation thereof by maintaining always negative pressure in an exhaust gas passage, eliminating the exhaust of the exhaust gas into a chamber, and preventing the exhaust gas from the exhaust gas passage from being discharged. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust gas passage 2 is connected to a combustion apparatus 1 installed in a chamber A, and opened at the end thereof out A of the chamber. This passage 2 consists of an indoor side exhaust tube 7, a passage 8 internally installing a fan 15, and an exhaust column 9. A bypass passage 4 is disposed at one end thereof in the vicinity of the opening 3 at the end of the passage 2, and at the other connected through a passage 10 to the rear end of the column 9 of the passage 2. The extended column 11 of the passage 8 is inserted into the rear of the column 9. A plate 13 is provided at the front of the opening 3 at the end of the column 9 for preventing wind from blowing thereinto with an exhaust port 14 provided between the plate 13 and the end of the column forming the bypass passage 4.
