摘要： The invention relates to a mobile information display device mainly for advertising purposes which has at least one data carrier containing the information to be displayed, a light source serving to make the information visible or to intensify it and a housing suitable for containing the data carrier, the light source and, in a given case, supplementary parts, e.g.: fixing, movign and regualtion components characterised by that the housing (3) of an extra brake lamp fitted behind the rear window (2) of motor vehicles (1), the extra brake lamp housing (3) has a transparent window (3b) that is suitable for letting through the light at least in places positioned by the rear window (2) of the motor vehicle (1), and the data carrier (5) is inserted between the light source (4) and the external surface of the rear window (2) that looks out to the environment behind the vehicle (1), and in a given case the light source (4) is connected to a sound source (7) that emits an audible signal when the light source (4) is operated.

摘要： A payload suspension system for facilitating three- dimensional movement of a suspended payload especially but not exclusively for aerial tethered/cable suspended robots, rescue systems and crane systems is provided. Keeping the main cables together by an arrester unit can increase the reachable area of a payload and therefore a larger place for positioning is available and less space is required for the suspending cables. A payload platform is suspended by main cables traversing through the arrester unit which keeps the main cables together. The arrester unit is connected to the payload platform by an anchoring cable.

摘要： The invention relates to a new method for improving mechanical and tribological properties of thermoplastic technical polymers containing oxygen and/or halogen heteroatoms and of devices and accessories made therefrom by treating their surfaces with accelerated atom beams. According to the invention the surface treatment is performed with accelerated beams of electrostatically neutral particles obtained from noble gases, inert permanent gases or combinations thereof as work gases at an energy range between 0.5 keV and 50 keV and at a fluence range between 10 12 cm -2 and 10 18 cm -2 of the applied particles.
