摘要： PURPOSE: The titled preventive that contains an aminoacid derivative of enol ether or its salt, that is, an ethylene formation inhibitor, as an active ingredient to inhibit the formation of ethylene by the treatment of grape bunches at the beginning of the stone hardening stage, resulting in prevention of its ripe rot.
CONSTITUTION: The objective preventive contains an aminoacid derivative of enol ether of the formula (R is methyl, 2-amino-3-hydroxypropyl) as an active ingredient. An example of the above-cited aminoacid derivative of enol ether is L-2-amino- 4-(2-amino-3-hydroxypropoxy)-trans-3-butenoic acid, which has been known as an inhibitor of ethylene formation. When applied, it is prepared into a usual form such as wettable powder or the like. It is properly applied on the period from the flowering stage to the bunch-growing stage.
