    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drop the temperature of air by latent heat of vaporization of water by combining with a general electric fan. SOLUTION: Components of the general electric fan are used for a construction. A safety cover front surface 4 is formed as one body with a device for cold air or is combined by being fixed by machine screws. The device for cold air consists of a net 6, a water supply port 7, a water supply vessel 8 and a vaporization towel 9. A shape of the net is a cylindrical shape, and there is no net in a fore-and-aft direction and the net is installed horizontally on a center of the safety cover front surface. The supply vessel is installed horizontally on the net outer surface lower part. The towel is integrated with water to cover whole surface of the net in a ring shape from underwater of water 10 in the supply vessel.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation heating machine attaching importance to energy saving, determined with a suction part and a discharge part by shape of a blade, having a spirally connected suction area and discharge area, and preventing dispersion of hot air by circulation.
      SOLUTION: In this circulation heating machine, a configuration is as follows: (a) a shaft 2 of a drive motor 1 is installed with the blade of the special shape; (b) a light emission heater 4 of a heat source is provided in a ring state concentrically to the periphery of the blade with a small gap; (c) the light emission heater and a safe net 5 are fixed to the drive motor and are installed on a floor face by a bearer 6; (d) the suction part of the blade has a two-face structure of an upper side and a lower side of the blade; (e) the discharge part of the blade has ring shape in the peripheral direction of the blade; and (f) the upper side and the lower side of the suction area are formed integrally with the discharge area, and circulate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take an energy-saving effect by maintaining the circulation temperature of a circulation fan lower than a room temperature in summer and higher than the room temperature in winter and circulating cold/warm air.
      SOLUTION: This circulation fan comprises the following structural items.(1) A vane of a special shape is fitted to a motor shaft for vane, and a water supply pipe is fitted to the motor shaft coaxially with the shaft surface thereof and a slight clearance provided therebetween. (2) An electric heater as a heat source is installed, in a ring shape, on the outer periphery of the vane coaxially with a slight clearance provided therebetween. (3) A casing coaxial with the vane and the electric heater is installed to cover the vane and the electric heater. (4) A safety net coaxial with the casing is installed. (5) An air inlet and an air outlet are formed. (6) The flow of the external air is formed in an intake area and an exhaust area and circulated.
