摘要： The present invention relates to an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprising a monomer containing linear carbonate having an antistatic property. The acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive composition exhibits an excellent balance between low-rate peel strength and high-rate peel strength, and is capable of lowering the content of an antistatic agent. It also provides excellent releasable property, and protection of the surface of a polarizer due to proper wettability.

摘要： Provided are a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for a touch panel, a conductive film, a touch panel and a pressure-sensitive adhesive film. The exemplary pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for a touch panel, the conductive film or the pressure-sensitive adhesive film has excellent durability and optical properties such as transparency. In addition, such physical properties are stably maintained under severe conditions. Particularly, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is attached to a conductor thin film, and thus resistance change of the conductor thin film is effectively inhibited even when the conductor thin film is exposed to the severe conditions. Therefore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition may be effectively used to manufacture a touch panel.

摘要： Provided are a die attach film, a semiconductor wafer, and a semiconductor packaging method. The die attach film can prevent generation of burrs or scattering of chips in a dicing process, and exhibits excellent expandability and pick-up characteristics in a die pressure-sensitive adhesive process. Further, the die attach film can prevent release, shifting, or deflection of a chip in a wire pressure-sensitive adhesive or molding process. Thus, it is possible to improve embeddability, inhibit warpage of a wafer or wiring substrate, and enhance productivity in a semiconductor packaging process.
