The method may include storing audit data providing a record of a chain of custody of the intercepted communication data. The method may include providing access to a portion of the stored intercepted communication data in the second format to the second entity.

摘要： A pipe pier system for use in supporting foundations is provided. The pier system is comprised of a plurality of pipe pier sections and pipe connecting insert members. The pipe sections are adapted to be butted end to end to each other in linear arrangement with the pipe connecting insert member being placed within and connected to respective ends of the butted pipe sections. The pipe sections and insert member have aligning holes to allow for a pin to span their diameters for a stable connection. A removable guide cap is provided for the terminal end of the pier assembly to reduce friction as the pier is driven into the ground.

摘要： An improvement for a bracket assembly of the type used in lifting and supporting a foundation upon a pier is provided. An adjustable brace member is provided in the bracket assembly to decrease the available front to back space within the bracket to prevent movement of the retained pier within the bracket so as to reduce bending moment on the pier. The brace member comprises a slot disposed within a top of the bracket, which receives one or more locking tabs to retain the pier. Threaded bolts which enable the bracket to engage and be supported on the pier are received in elongated holes on the bracket to allow positioning of the lifting and support hardware directly over the pier. The modified bracket assembly allows for the replacement of any size or configuration of pier.

In one implementation, a server receives one or more identifiers of one or more standards and determines a plurality of configuration settings for the computing resources of the entity, based on the received one or more identifiers. The plurality of configuration settings comply with the one or more standards. The computing resources of the entity are configured according to the plurality of configuration settings. The server detects an event related to the computing resources. The detected event and the plurality of configuration settings are evaluated for compliance with the one or more standards. A determination is made whether the entity is compliant with the one or more standards, based on the evaluation, and an action is taken, based on the determination.

摘要： An improvement for use with a pier installation apparatus of the type employed in lifting and supporting a foundation is provided. The invention comprises a mounting beam assembly for mounting hydraulic power cylinders in a straddling position around a pier to be driven into the ground by the installation apparatus. The beam assembly is a planar member having a central opening for receiving the pier therethrough. It is comprised of opposing plate members upon which the hydraulic cylinders are mounted. The plate members each have an opening which allows passage through of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. The mounting beam assembly allows for lateral placement around a pier in the installation apparatus, and may be completely disassembled for quick and efficient installation and removal.
