    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved artificial heart valve.SOLUTION: An artificial heart valve (10) (for example, an artificial aortic valve) can be compressed a little around the circumference and can be expanded again. In the compressed state, the valve is used for a non-invasive distribution into a patient. The valve is expanded again into an ordinary operation size, when it reaches a transplantation side in the patient, and fits the peripheral tissue of the patient. The valve includes a stent portion (200) and a ring portion (100), and the ring portion is substantially concentric to the stent portion but is downstream of the stent portion in the direction of the blood flow through the implementation portion. When the valve is implanted, the stent portion fits the tissue of the patient to a natural valve ring or near the natural valve ring. On the other hand, the ring portion snaps the tissue (for example, an aorta) which is positioned downstream of the natural valve.
