摘要： To provide a gas mixing device capable of safely mixing flammable gas containing, for example, methane or the like and combustion supporting gas such as oxygen-containing gas, and a synthesis gas producing device using this gas mixing device.Flammable gas containing methane or the like and combustion supporting gas such as oxygen-containing gas are supplied into a mixing vessel 20 via a first gas supplying section 22a and a second gas supplying section 22b respectively, and these gases are mixed within a combustion range in the vessel 20 to be discharged via a discharge section 24. In the mixing vessel 20, packings 31 to 33 for forming a large number of narrow gas flow passages in the vessel 20 are packed so that velocity of the mixed gas flowing in the vessel 20 becomes higher than burning velocity of the flammable gas and the combustion supporting gas.

摘要： Provides is a gas mixing device capable of promptly mixing a combustible gas with a combustion supporting gas with its simple configuration, and a synthetic gas manufacturing apparatus using the device. In a gas mixing device which supplies a combustible gas and a combustion supporting gas from flow channels of a double pipe including an inner pipe and an outer pipe and mixes the gases, a first guide member guides the gas, flowing out from a gas outflow port on one end side of the inner pipe, outward, and a second guide member is formed in an annular shape along an inner peripheral wall of the outer pipe of the second guide member so that the inner peripheral portion is located closer to the upstream side than the outer peripheral portion and the inner peripheral portion is located closer to the center than the outer peripheral portion of the first guide member. In addition, a third guide member is provided so as to face a region surrounded by the second guide member.

摘要： A reactor for synthesizing hydrogen sulfide in which sulfur and hydrogen are subjected to gas-phase reaction in the absence of a catalyst to synthesize hydrogen sulfide, the reactor including: a reactor body that retains liquid sulfur in a bottom portion thereof; a heating unit that gasifies part of the liquid sulfur; a hydrogen gas supply unit that supplies hydrogen gas into the liquid sulfur; and a heat-exchanging portion provided in a gas-phase reaction region located above the liquid surface of the liquid sulfur in the reactor body, wherein heat-exchanging portion is configured such that the reaction temperature in the gas-phase reaction region is controlled to be within a predetermined temperature range by changing the heat exchange amount per unit volume in a gas-phase reaction region located farther from the liquid surface from the heat exchange amount per unit volume in a gas-phase reaction region located closer to the liquid surface.
