    • A method, an apparatus, and a system for processing registration backup data are disclosed. A Serving Call Session Control Function (S-CSCF) receives a request from a User Equipment (UE) and judges whether the request carries multi-registration information so as to decide whether to add multi-registration indication information into a Server Assignment Request (SAR) message sent to a Home Subscriber Server (HSS). The HSS performs operations according to whether the SAR message carries the multi-registration indication information, therefore avoiding unnecessary signaling interactions, reducing the signaling load, avoiding unnecessary data processing between the HSS and the S-CSCF, and saving system resources.

    • A method and an apparatus for updating an Access Point Name (APN) subscription configuration are disclosed. The method includes: receiving an update request message sent by a network element, where the update request message carries the first APN information, Packet Data Network (PDN) Gateway (GW) information and an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI); obtaining the second APN information of the corresponding user according to the IMSI; and updating a wild card APN subscription configuration of the corresponding user according to the first APN information if the first APN information is different from the second APN information and the corresponding user subscribes to a wild card APN. The embodiments of the present invention reduce unnecessary signaling interactions between the Home Subscriber Server (HSS) and other network elements, enhance the data transmission performance of the network, and reduce the unnecessary overhead of the HSS.

    • The present disclosure discloses a method, an apparatus and a system for managing user access to a network. The method includes: carrying, by a mobile management apparatus, in a location update request a radio access type currently used by a user; and determining, by an access restriction management apparatus in accordance with the received radio access type currently used by the user and access restriction subscription data of the user stored therein, whether the user is allowed to get access to the network through the currently used access type, and, when it is determined the access is not allowed, directly returning a location update failure response to the mobile management apparatus, thereby avoiding unnecessary signaling load between the mobile management apparatus and one of an HLR and an HSS.

    • A method for realizing an Internet protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS) disaster tolerance includes the steps as follows. An S-CSCF receives a user registration, and backs up necessary data which is required when a user service processing is restored on a storage entity in a network. An I-CSCF of user's home domain receives a service request of the user, and if it is found that the S-CSCF currently providing a service for the user fails, assigns a new S-CSCF to the user, and forwards the service request to the newly assigned S-CSCF. The newly assigned S-CSCF interrogates and acquires subscription data of the user and the necessary data backed up by the original S-CSCF from the storage entity, and then restores the user service processing according to the subscription data and the backup data. A device for realizing an IMS disaster tolerance is also provided.
