    • PURPOSE:To provide the subject equipment controlling engagement and disengagement between respective catch levers for a long pile and for a short pile and a caught member using an electric actuator based on signals of a set towel pattern and capable of weaving various towel structures using the same equipment without changing the equipment. CONSTITUTION:Reeds 9 are held on a side slay sword 7 rotatably supported to a locking shaft 1 of the main slay sword and catch levers 26 and 25 for a long pile and for a short pile are interlocked with the side slay sword 7. Corresponding to the above mentioned catch levers, a caught unit 43a is equipped and change-over units 39 and 38 are equipped changeably from a position capable of preventing engagement of the respective catch levers 26 and 26 with the caught member 43a to another position capable of permitting the engagement. The change-over units 39 and 38 respectively for a long pile and for a short pile are interlocked with the first electric actuator 55 and the second actuator 54 respectively and both the electric actuators 55 and 54 are electrically connected with a towel weaving-controller (C) sending control signals for pile supply based on a set towel pattern, thus constituting the objective control system.

CONSTITUTION: This controller for towel weaving of a loom is obtained by arranging a computer bearing a part of control over devices other than a shedding device in a towel loom using devices such as a dobby device, a Jacquard device or a tappet device. The changeover from ground weaving to pile weaving, changeover from long piles to short piles, delivery of warp yarns, winding of a woven cloth and saving of Jacquard punched cards are controlled with a command of a computer to thereby provide remarkable saving of the Jacquard punched cards, simplification of punched hole arrangement, compaction of the dobby device and its shedding device and easy towel weaving control can be performed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting and weighing the amount of the short fibers mixed with concrete in a short time at a low cost on the arbitrary construction spot where concrete is cast.
      SOLUTION: Stirring blades 6 are allowed to fall in the water containing short fibers and aggregate up to a required depth position after a coarse aggregate is separated from a definite amount of sampled concrete using a washing basket and a short fiber collecting net 3 is installed at the upper position of the water containing the short fibers and fine aggregate. The short fibers are floated by the vortex flow formed in the vortex flow formed in the water by the rotation of the stirring blades 6 to be caught and collected by the collecting net 3 and the collected short fibers are dried to be weighed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey linear glass pipes continuously in the non-contact condition, in a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this device, guide claws 10c and 10d swayable around a shaft 12 as the center are provided at a definite interval, at the side surface of an inclined conveyer rail 4a, while a stopper is provided at the lowermost position. A glass pipe 3a stopping by contacting to the stopper 20 pushes down the lower part 15 of the supporting body of the guide claw 10c, while the upper part 14 of the supporting body is projected to the upper part than the conveying surface and regulates the rolling of a glass pipe 3b immediately upper side. When the glass pipe 3a is picked out, the guide claw 10c is rotated to the right side by the load of a weight 13, the upper part 14 of the supporting body is lowered from the conveying surface, and the glass pipe 3b at the immediately upper side is rotated to the lower side. Since the glass pipes are conveyed one by one, by the delivery of guide claws, they are not contacted each other, and the generation of a noise and a damage can be prevented.
