SOLUTION: The hull of the ship is divided into a portion obtaining buoyancy under water and a portion storing passengers above the sea level. When the hull to obtain buoyancy is shaped into a plate and is completely submerged in seawater, wave resistance is eliminated. By using a side wall and central wall as supporting columns, an another hull is put on the hull in a position several meters above sea level.
