Hasp fastenings; seal fastenings. - A seal fastening, particularly intended for use on wagons, comprises a casing 1 divided into three chamber 4, 5, 6 by partitions, the central chamber 5 housing a spring-pressed locking member 10 adapted to engage a recess in the longer limb of a J-shaped shackle member 11 when said limb is inserted in the lock-casing as shown. A locking-bar 15 pivoted to the wagon door, carries a perforated seal-plate 18 in a slot 17 and extending across an open-ended slot between the bar 15 and an off-set portion 16. The outer end of the shackle is passed through the perforation in the seal plate and through said open-ended slot. Release is effected by rotation of the shackle anticlockwise, Fig. 2, about the axis of the longer limb, causing the locking member 10 to ride out of the recess and necessitating destruction of the seal-plate 18.

    • An upper revolving structure is provided with a revolving frame, a floor member, and a cab box.
