    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a battery pack of a commercial charging electric power tool for starting the engine of a car with a consumed battery to eliminate the need of asking help from other people or using road service that costs time and money, and to enable quick and simple handling of trouble.
      SOLUTION: Alligator clips 5 are used to connect battery terminals of a car. An electrode cap 3 or a battery pack clip 6 disposed on the other end of an extraction conductor 4 is attached to a battery pack of a charging electric power tool. With this arrangement, a car with a consumed battery can be started up easily.
