摘要： Disclosed is a toner for electrostatic image development that satisfies both low-temperature fixing ability and excellent high-temperature storage stability, achieves excellent charge property and shatter resistance, and consequently can form a high-quality image even by a high-performance machine such as a high-speed machine.The toner is composed of toner particles obtained by forming a shell layer containing a styrene-acryl-modified polyester resin on the surface of each of core particles comprising a binder resin containing at least a styrene-acrylic resin. The styrene-acryl-modified polyester resin is obtained bonding a styrene-acrylic polymer segment to a terminal of a polyester segment, and the content of the styrene-acrylic polymer segment in the styrene-acryl-modified polyester resin is 5% by mass or more and 30% by mass or less.

The contains a toner binder resin, a colorant and a releasing agent, and a carrier contains magnetic particles dispersed in a carrier binder resin, wherein the releasing agent contains a first releasing agent component of a linear-chain hydrocarbon compound having a melting point of from 50 to 100° C. in a ratio of from 10 to 95% by weight and a second releasing agent component comprising a branched-chain structure hydrocarbon compound having a melting point of from 50 to 100° C. in a ratio of from 5 to 90% by weight, and the carrier has a shape coefficient SF-1 of from 1.0 to 1.2, a shape-coefficient SF-2 of from 1.1 to 2.5 and a volume based median diameter of from 10 to 100 μm.

摘要： Disclosed is an electrostatic image developing toner comprising a coloring agent and toner particles, said toner particles have a matrix-domain structure, and the average of the area of a Voronoi polygon formed by the perpendicular bisecting line between the centers of gravity of domains adjacent to each other in said matrix-domain structure is from 20,000 to 120,000 nm2, and the variation coefficient of the area of said Voronoi polygon is less than or equal to 25 percent. Color image having, particularly good transparency and excellent color difference, can be obtained by the toner which is not affected by a residual material present on the surface of toner particles and does not result in variation of the amount of static charge at high temperature as well as at high humidity or after long leaving without operation.
