摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine capable of vending articles at a discount only to its members with simple structure.
SOLUTION: The vending machine is provided with cash throw-in slots 2 and 3, a card reader 7, and a vending machine main control part 1, a control part 72 of the card reader 7, a setting part 77 for discount amounts of specified articles. It sends a card-based money reception signal corresponding to an article discount amount to the vending machine main control part 1 when the validity of discount qualification of a member card 11 inserted into the card reader 7 is confirmed. The vending machine main control part vends an article according to the sum of the card-based money reception signal and a money reception signal corresponding to the cash thrown in the cash throw-in slots 2 and 4. When the article purchase is canceled, the main control part 1 sends a return signal for the card-based money reception based upon the article discount amount to the card reader control part 72 and returns cash corresponding to the amount of the thrown-in cash.

摘要： A process for producing a sheet-shaped prepreg includes: a fiber bundle introduction step in which tape-shaped reinforcing fiber bundles are disposed in a multilayer arrangement in the thickness direction and introduced into a die to which a molten thermoplastic resin has been supplied; a fiber bundle thickness reduction step in which each of the tape-shaped reinforcing fiber bundles is widened by means of spreading to reduce the thickness; a resin impregnation step in which the tape-shaped reinforcing fiber bundles are impregnated with the molten resin in the die; and a lamination step in which the plurality of resin-impregnated tape-shaped reinforcing fiber bundles are laminated in the die.

摘要： Disclosed is a membrane for the separation of a water-alcohol mixed liquid by the pervaporation method, which is composed of a chitosan having a molecular weight of 80,000 to 150,000 and a deacetylation degree adjusted to 80 to 95%. This separating membrane has an excellent selective permeability to water in the separation of a water-alcohol mixed liquid, and the mechanical strength of this separating membrane is very high. This separating membrane can be prepared by a process comprising dissolving a chitosan having a molecular weight of 80,000 to 150,000 and a deacetylation degree adjusted to 80 to 95% in an acidic aqueous solution to form a dope having a chitosan concentration of 9 to 12% by weight, shaping the dope into a membrane and immersing the membrane in an alkaline solution.

The compression molding method, including a fixed mold and a movable mold arranged opposite each other, includes: contacting a slide board connected with a movable die plate on the movable mold side via a spring, with the parting face of the fixed mold by a spring force; further advancing the movable mold after injecting resin into a cavity in the mold, and compressing and molding the resin filled in the cavity by a core, provided in the movable mold, penetrating through the slide board. A resin film is disposed between the fixed mold and the slide board, and one surface of the resin in the cavity is compressed by the core via the resin film.
