摘要： An efficient signature technology is provided, which is capable of arbitrary extraction and storage from a plurality of pieces of data and which can make a signature length relatively short. In a signature device (180), a mathematical function computing unit (190) repeats processing of calculating a hash value from a coupled value obtained by coupling together hash values calculated from each of the plurality of pieces of data to calculate one hash value (h), and calculates a signature value from the calculated one hash value. Then, a signature processing unit (189) generates, for one piece of data contained in the plurality of pieces of data, a signature containing the calculated signature value and a hash value coupled to another hash value calculated from the one piece of data before the one hash value (h) is calculated.

摘要： An object is detected in comparison between an input image from an image pick-up device having a zoom mechanism and a template image stored in a manner that a first image within a view field of the image pick-up device is stored as a first as the template image, a power of the zoom mechanism to be changed is recorded, a second image to be detected is picked-up from the image pick-up device. Then, a size of either one of the template image and the second image is changed on the bases of the changed power of the zoom mechanism, and a template matching is performed between the template image and the second image to detect the object. This process makes it possible to track an object within the view field.

One or more elements (unique camera ID, generation number, access list, time), and the order thereof, are set for the generation of keys (unique camera key, camera generation key, channel key, session key) that are of a lower order than the highest-order key. A hierarchical key system is used that is implemented by using element by element to generate keys of a gradually lower order than the highest-order key in accordance with the set order of the elements. The lowest-order key (session key) is used for data encryption and decryption.
