摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel the shape and dimensions of which can be matched to various buildings by stylizing the solar cell panel, and connecting the solar cell panels in the width direction and/or the longitudinal direction, while enhancing the strength of the solar cell panel.SOLUTION: A solar cell panel 1 has a deck 4 to which solar cell modules are fixed, and a side plate 5 provided at least at one end of the deck to project downward. A coupling part 12 is formed at the lower end of the side plate 5 provided at one end. A bend 14 projecting in a semi-cylindrical shape toward the other end is formed in the coupling part 12 while directing the concave curved surface outward.

摘要： Fixing members are mounted, at predetermined intervals, on the top portion of a footing that is built along a road. A concrete-type board having vertical through-holes is mounted on the footing through the fixing member. Steel rods each having top and bottom threaded portions are inserted into the respective through-holes of the board with the bottom threaded portions being threadedly engaged with the respective fixing members. Upper nuts are engaged with the top threaded portions of the respective rods, to thereby fix the board onto the footing.
