    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign having safety, visibility, economic efficiency, availability, portability, and durability by assembling the parts made of plastic cardboard, foam resin board, or soft resin board with containers for water, salt solution, or sand. SOLUTION: A regular tetrahedral structure is formed by engaging the slits provided to the parts cut out from plastic cardboard, foam resin board, or soft resin board with each other. A part for reinforcement is provided to each crest of the structure by inserting the three side-portions of the parts which converge to each crest through near each crest. Holes for inserting containers in which water, salt water, or sand is stored are formed in three basic parts among these parts, respectively. The containers are inserted into the holes for use as the weight of the sign. A hole allowing strong wind to pass therethrough is formed in one of the crests. The visibility can be secured and the information can be transmitted by the material colors of the structural parts and the reinforcing parts of the regular tetrahedron and the signs, graphics, and patterns drawn on the waterproof paper stuck on the front and rear surfaces of the parts or drawn directly on the parts.     • Provided are a process and an apparatus for producing gypsum boards, both of which feature minimized occurrence of defective products and especially excellent continuous productivity and superb efficiency. Making use of the facts that lining paper sheets for gypsum boards are insulators and a gypsum slurry held between the lining paper sheets is a good electrical conductor, a detection of an electric current flowing between an upper forming unit and a lower forming unit or a like method makes it possible to promptly detect any localized tearing which may occur in the overlay paper and/or underlay paper due to an undesired object or the like mixed in during continuous production of gypsum boards and moreover, to readily remove the undesired object or the like as a cause for the tearing without stopping the production of gypsum boards while preventing the localized tearing from spreading over the entire width of the paper. The production process and apparatus, therefore, permit stable and continuous production of gypsum boards.
