    • PURPOSE:To secure such an analyzer as being yet higher in capacity than ever before, starting from a CMA type, by installing an electrode in use for changing an electric field between both inner and outer cylinders as well as for realizing a secondary convergingness of charged particles in addition to these inner and outer cylinders. CONSTITUTION:An inner cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder 3 are set up coaxially, giving voltage to space between these inner and outer cylinders 2 and 3, while charged particles discharged out of one point S on a shaft are made incident into an electric field space lying between these cylinders from an aperture 5 installed in the inner cylinder 2, and these particles are energetically separated because of difference in a kinetic track due to an energy differential. In a sucklike energy analyzer, an electrode, which is used for changing an electric field between these inner and outer cylinders as well as for realizing a secondary convergingness of charged particles, is installed in addition to these cylinders 2 and 3. The said electrode, for example, is set down to a partition wall 8 provided with an aperture 9 where a wire net to pass these particles is stretched, and this wall 8 is set up vertically to these inner and outer cylinders 2 and 3, through which these cylinders 2 and 3 are made to be coaxial and subjected at both sides of an electrode 8, and inners 2 and 12 themselves and outer cylinders 3 and 13 themselves are all electrically connected together whereby the specified voltage is made so as to be giveable to the outer cylinder 3 and the electrode 8 in relation to the inner cylinder 2.

The reactor includes: a coil 10 formed with paired coil elements 10A and 10B that are made of a spirally wound wire, the coil elements being coupled to each other in a paralleled state; internal core portions 22 that are fitted into the coil elements 10A and 10B to structure a part of an annular core 20; and exposed core portions 24 that are exposed outside the coil elements 10A and 10B to couple the internal core portions 22 to each other, to thereby form the rest of the annular core 20. The reactor includes an external resin portion that covers at least a part of an assembled product 1A made up of the coil 10 and the core 20. In each of the exposed core portions 24, a cut-out corner portion 24g is provided to at least part of a joining portion of an inner end face 24f facing the end face of the coil and an adjacent face (side face 24s) that is continuous to the inner end face 24f, whereby the resin can easily be packed between the coil 10 and the core 20, and it becomes possible to prevent chipping off when handled.

    • An execution control section specifies a function object to next be executed on the basis of icon layout information. In accordance with the event, an operation environment control portion executes and displays an object corresponding to the icon. A program is composed from function objects corresponding to icons laid out. An interpreter of an execution control section receives an execution instruction to be given to a program, and successively executes the function objects by utilizing icon layout information. A process management portion successively executes function objects.
