      SOLUTION: The massage method using the application instrument for giving a massage by a giving tightening force to impose the burden on the muscle and tiring the muscle comprises: an installation process for installing the application instrument for giving the tightening force to joint parts or the like of a lower limb, an upper limb, and an elbow so as to restrict the blood flow and to stimulate effective points of the body of the person having difficulty to move the body because of an injury, such as a fracture, or being bedridden; and a massage process for allowing the whole body or a specific affected part to receive massages for a prescribed period of time or to do exercises having massaging effects in a state in which the application instrument is installed during the installation process.
