    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively inexpensive device and method for inspecting printed wiring board for positions of holes by which inspection time can be shortened significantly.
      SOLUTION: The device which inspects a printed wiring board 1 for the positional accuracy of a plurality of holes made in the board 1 is provided with a light projecting means 20 which projects measuring light 25 having a beam diameter which is smaller than the diameters of the openings of the holes upon prescribed positions where the holes should exist and a detecting means 30 which detects the holes as normal holes when the means 30 receives the measuring light 35 through the holes and the quantities the received light 35 fall within a prescribed range of the light 25.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for efficiently treating waste water mainly consisting of urine of livestock.
      SOLUTION: Six electrode plates are provided in solution in a tank. Hydrogen gas and hot water are delivered to the urine treatment device of livestock from a hydrogen generation device in which hydrogen gas is generated by electrolytic action and cooling water between double tanks becomes hot by high heat generated at the same time. While rotating a cylindrical rotation furnace, the waste water such as urine is blown into it from a nozzle and burned by a hydrogen gas burner. To enhance combustion efficiency, an exhaustion cylinder with a built-in exhaustion fan is connected and slight remnants after combustion is discharged to a water tank with an adjusting float. Utilizing heat at the time of combustion, the livestock urine treatment device includes a hydrogen generation device assembled with a steam generation device with pipes aligned so as to enclose the rotation furnace and takes in the hot water from the hydrogen generation device, generates steam, rotates a turbine to generate electricity, utilizes steam after generating electricity to heat a livestock barn and a vinyl house.

    • A liquid drop discharge device provides a head unit 420 which discharges filter element material relative to each of various colors of color filters. The head unit 420 is composed of an ink jet heads which are arranged on one end of a print substrate plate having a shape of rectangular card and head devices 433 which are arranged on the other end of the print substrate plate comprising connectors 441. The head devices 433 are aligned in two rows, as two groups, in a staggered arrangement so that a portion on which the connectors 441 are aligned in one of the two rows does not face to the same portion of the other in the two rows and protrudes outside of the print substrate plate. The head unit 420 discharges the filter element material onto predetermined portions in a superimposing manner while shifting along a direction which intersects to a direction along which the head devices 433 are arranged.
