    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel letter which is safe and can be formed thinly and is capable of emitting light in many colors and can be easily and inexpensively manufactured.
      SOLUTION: The inside of a frame body for channel letters which has both the front surface and the rear surface opened is divided into a front surface-side storage part and a rear surface-side storage part by a partition, and two or more LEDs are arranged in the front surface-side storage part to display one or more desired letters, graphics, patterns, or the like, and one or more LEDs for back illumination are provided in the rear surface-side storage part. Either or both of the front surface-side storage part and the rear surface-side storage part are segmented into two or more compartments, and LEDs in respective compartments are caused to emit light in the same color or different colors. LEDs are attached to an attaching member like a plate or a film and are provided in the frame body.The attaching member is flexible. Openings of the front surface-side storage part and the rear surface-side storage part are covered with light-transmissive covers.

    • The present invention relates to a light-waveform measuring device and its measuring method, a complex-refractive-index measuring device and its measuring method, and a computer-program recording medium having programs for the same stored therein. It is an object of the present invention to measure an electric field of an electromagnetic wave in a light region having wavelengths smaller than those of electromagnetic waves in a near-infrared region and output time-varying waveforms thereof.
