    • PURPOSE:To prevent intermittent charging of matter to be incinerated and back flow of burnt exhaust gas by forming an introducing inlet of the matter to be incinerated of a sidewall of the inlet, a back-flow suppressor of the exhaust gas and suitable number of buffers, and arranging a laminar hearth and a burner continued to the inlet. CONSTITUTION:An introducing inlet 1 of matter to be incinerated is formed of a sidewall 4 of the inlet, a back-flow suppressing member 3 of burned exhaust gas and suitable number of buffers 5 mounted via an angle 6 at the member 3. An incinerator bottom 10 is interlocked to an introducing inlet 8 of particular hearth material adjacent to the inlet 1 via a sidewall 9, and a laminar hearth 12 is formed on an upper surface of the bottom l0. Further, a passage hole 11 is formed at the bottom 10, and the matter to be incinerated dropped to the hearth 12 is burnt with the burning aiding air passed through the hole 11. After burnt mixture is removed from an outlet 14 of a lower part of an incinerator, it is fed to a containing box 17 via a belt 16 of a conveyor 15. On the other hand, burnt exhaust gas is guided from a burning chamber 19 to a stack 24 via exhaust tubes 20, 22.

    • A hearth particle bed system is made up of channel members which form an inclined surface upon which a layer of hearth particles downwardly flow. An air inlet is provided underneath the channel member and apertures are provided in the channel members for redistributing the air flow through the hearth particles. A hearth particle incinerating furnace contains the above-described hearth particle bed system and further contains a combustion chamber and a mechanism for removing used hearth particles and combustion residues. This hearth particle incinerating furnace enables combustion air to be uniformly distributed in the hearth particle bed and can operate in a stable fashion for a long period of time without problems associated with pluggage of the air inlets.

Each blade rotates in a opposite direction, thereby carrying refined solid crystals upward. The reflux ratio of this apparatus can be much greater than that of the prior art, and highly refined crystals are obtained.The separated liquid extraction chambers are disposed at the bottom and the side of the refining column and a pressure reduction line is connected thereto so that the separated liquid is extracted at a high rate, accordingly the reflux ratio has become great in value.

A universal joint yoke portion is linked to the outer tubular envelope so as to face opposing ends of the housing and vibration damping members and is contactable against the ends of the housing and vibration damping members. A stopper member is extended from the end edge of the outer tubular envelope so as to prevent the ring-shaped member from coming out of the elliptic cross-section portion.
