    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing excellent bleached textile products, capable of efficiently treating with an ozone-containing liquid and obtaining breached textile products hardly yellowing with the lapse of time, and to provide an apparatus used therefor and breached textile products obtained by the method. SOLUTION: The method comprises a step for charging a textile product 4 in packaged state into a treatment tank 1, moisturizing the resulting textile product 4 and then forcedly circulating an ozone-containing fluid in the inside and outside of the moisturized textile product 4 to bleach the textile product 4, a step for forcedly circulating ≥50°C heated water in the inside and outside of the bleached textile product 4 to subject the textile product 4 to yellowing, and a step for forcedly circulating a chemical fluid for the decomposition of ozone in the inside and outside of the resulting textile product 4 to conduct the deyellowing of the product and the decomposition of ozone simultaneously, wherein the ozone concentration in the treatment tank 1 is kept to be constant.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bleached textile product and an apparatus to be used for the method by which a textile product is made to be subjected to uniform bleaching treatment at low cost using an ozone-containing gas.
      SOLUTION: The method includes the following process: A textile product 4 such as a natural fiber is charged into a treatment tank 1 in a packaged state and applied with 20-110 wt.% of water based on the fiber weight to be moistened. Subsequently, an ozone-containing gas with an adjusted ozone concentration of 10-60 g/Nm

    • In a material feeding mechanism in association with a continuous sintering apparatus, a material (S) carried by a transporting conveyer (1) into an atmosphere-displacement chamber (2) is fed into a furnace casing (4) of the continuous sintering apparatus by using a loading pusher (3). The transporting conveyor, the atmosphere-displacement chamber, and the loading pusher are arranged in such a manner that a direction in which the material is carried by the transporting conveyor and a direction in which the material is fed from the atmosphere-displacement chamber into the furnace casing by the loading pusher are linearly aligned, and the loading pusher and a drive unit thereof are installed under a floor of the atmosphere-displacement chamber so that the loading pusher moves up over the floor surface of the atmosphere-displacement chamber and moves forward and backward on the floor surface of the atmosphere-displacement chamber when the material is fed into the furnace casing. By such a construction, the longitudinal dimension of the continuous sintering apparatus can be made as short as possible to realize a compact design as a whole.
