摘要： A method of fabricating touch panel includes the following steps. A base is provided. A first transparent conductive layer is formed on the base. A first screen printing process is performed to form a first patterned sacrificial layer on the first transparent conductive layer, and the first patterned sacrificial layer is used to pattern the first transparent conductive layer to form a patterned sensing pad layer. A second screen printing process is carried out to form a patterned insulating layer. A second transparent conductive layer is formed on the base. A third screen printing process is performed to form a second patterned sacrificial layer, and the second patterned sacrificial layer is used to pattern the second transparent conductive layer to form a patterned bridge line layer.

The first sensing sheet includes a lens layer, a plurality of first conductive portions, and a conductive film, wherein the conductive film is disposed on the lens layer while the first conductive portions are distributed on two opposite sides of the lens layer. The second sensing sheet includes a substrate, a plurality of second conductive portions, and a plurality of conductive strips, wherein the second conductive portions are selectively distributed on one of two sides of the substrate while the conductive strips are respectively connected to the second conductive portions and have different voltages.

摘要： A method of fabricating a touch panel is provided. A substrate having a touch-sensing region and a peripheral region is provided. A touch-sensing circuit layer including first sensing series, second meshed metal sensing pads, and peripheral circuits is formed on the touch-sensing region of the substrate. An insulating layer having first contact windows and second contact windows is formed on the substrate to cover the touch-sensing circuit layer. The first contact windows expose a portion of the second meshed metal sensing pads. A transparent conductive layer including second transparent bridge lines and transparent contact pads is formed on the insulating layer located in the touch-sensing region of the substrate. Each second transparent bridge line is electrically connected to two adjacent second meshed metal sensing pads through two first contact windows. Each transparent contact pad is electrically connected to the corresponding peripheral circuit through the second contact window.

摘要： A touch panel having a first panel and a second panel, wherein the first panel has a voltage providing area connected to a power source and the second panel has a patterned resistive element facing the voltage providing area so that when a touch event on the touch panel occurs, the first panel is caused to make contact with and provide a voltage to the second panel at one or more contact points on the resistive element. By measuring the voltage on one or both ends of the resistive element, it is possible to determine the two-dimensional coordinates of each contact point. The touch panel can have one or more resistive elements located at different touch areas for sensing one or more touch points in a touch event.

摘要： A fabrication method of a touch panel is provided. In the fabrication method, the two substrates are provided, and a plurality of touch units are formed on each of the substrates. A sealant and a plurality of first spacers are provided between the substrates, and the substrates are bonded through the sealant, so that the touch units are sealed between the substrates. The touch units and the first spacers are surrounded by the sealant. The substrates are thinned. The thinned substrates are cut into a plurality of sub-mounts separated from one another. Each of the sub-mounts has one of the touch units thereon.
