    • Systems, method and devices for detecting, analyzing and treating lesions, such as skin cancer are disclosed. Such a system can include a high-frequency ultrasound imaging device to image a lesion. The system can also include a processor that executes instructions stored in memory to perform operations, and the operations can include receiving a plurality of images of the lesion from the high-frequency ultrasound imaging device, rendering a three dimensional model of the lesion using the plurality of images from the high-frequency ultrasound imaging device and determining a treatment dosimetry based on the three dimensional model of the lesion. The system can also include a radiotherapy device to provide radiotherapy treatment to the lesion, where the radiotherapy treatment is based on the treatment dosimetry.

    • Intraoperative radiation therapy involves a treatment head disposed on a distal end of a robotic arm. An X-ray component included as part of the treatment head generates therapeutic radiation in the X-ray wavelength range. At least one patient motion sensor detects a breathing movement of a patient body. A control system dynamically controls a position of the treatment head by causing a position variation in at least one of the movable joints comprising the robotic arm. This movement is managed so that a relative motion as between the treatment head and a tumor bed internal of the patient is minimized.

    • Virtual Dermatopathology Regional Hub (VDRH) receives one or more of the Detailed Virtual Tissue Models generated at one or more of the Virtual Dermatology Workstations and selectively communicates each to at least one pathology site. Each pathology site includes one or more Dermatopathology Information Processing Workstations (DIPWs). Thereafter, the VPM receives from the one or more of the pathology sites a plurality of pathology reports generated using said DIPWs and respectively corresponding to the plurality of DVTMs. The VPM then selectively communicates the pathology reports to the imaging facility which generated respectively the DVTM upon which each said pathology report is based.
