    • With respect to preference and flavor, freshly brewed coffee is superior to instant coffee. However, brewed coffee is inconvenient upon its preparation because coffee requires storage of the coffee beans and the roasting, grinding and extraction steps. Instant coffee is convenient in storage of coffee powder and brewing of coffee, but has disadvantages of being less preferred and poorly flavorful. Disclosed is a method of preparing instant coffee containing an aroma extract. The method includes preparing coffee powder by roasting dried coffee beans in an agitator at 50-100 rpm at 200-250° C., grinding the roasted coffee beans, extracting the ground coffee beans with purified water under reflux at a boiling point, and concentrating, freeze-drying and grinding the coffee extract; automatically spraying a liquid-phase aroma extract of 0.01-5 wt %, based on the total weight of coffee powder contained in the instant coffee, through a spray nozzle below 10° C. into the coffee powder of 5-15 wt %, based on the total weight of coffee powder contained in the instant coffee, with agitation; filtering the mixture with a sieve; and mixing the filtrate with the residual part of the total coffee powder.

    • An organic light emitting display apparatus using a micro cavity method comprises a first sub pixel, a second pixel and a third pixel, each of which emits different color from an emission layer interposed between two electrodes. The first sub pixel, the second sub pixel and the third sub pixel form a unit pixel. Emission layers of the first and second sub pixels are formed so as to have the same pattern throughout the first and second sub pixels, and an emission layer of the third sub pixel is formed so as to have a pattern separate from the first and second sub pixels. In this structure, three-colored emission layers may be formed using two mask processes so that productivity is improved due to process simplification, and high-resolution is realized due to a decrease in the distance between deposited patterns.

    • A motor driven power steering device may include a motor drive unit equipped with a motor moving a rack so as to change steering angle, and a control unit detecting a moving direction of a steering wheel, operating the motor in accordance with the moving direction, and controlling the motor so as to vary the maximum stroke of the rack. The rack stroke may be increased in a predetermined control range of a wheel stroke and the rack stroke may be decreased out of a predetermined control range of a wheel stroke in such a manner that the gap between the wheel and the vehicle body is actively controlled.
