Central to all of the embodiments is the provision of a shoe which contains structure for allowing portions of the top member to expand in an accommodating manner for differing type of foot, toe, and ankle type braces as well as allowing for an easier insertion of a foot wearing a brace into a shoe.

An image data processor processes the dataset retrieved from the repository by, (a) automatically detecting if a first object is obscured by a second object in the 3D image dataset, (b) automatically determining if the first object is visible by rotating the anatomical volume of interest and (c) rotating the anatomical volume of interest until the first object is visible in response to a command. A display processor initiates display of the rotated anatomical volume of interest.

摘要： The present invention is a cartridge underbody attachment for a single control faucet. The attachment generally comprises a cartridge seat, valve tubes, and tube fittings. The cartridge seat is supported within the spout body of a faucet. The spout body comprises a sideways extending port having a notch and ledge formed therein. The cartridge seat is positioned in the spout body. The cartridge seat generally comprises a backplate having defined apertures, and a manifold that is part of the rear surface of backplate. Valve tubes soldered within the manifold are in fluid communication with the apertures. A pin on the backplate interfaces with the notch in the spout body to align and position the cartridge seat within the spout body. A cartridge support housing in combination with the port ledge of the spout body secure the cartridge underbody attachment to the spout body.

摘要： A sensor pad for controlling the deployment of an automobile airbag. Weight sensing pad 10 is used in the seat 54 of an automobile, (not illustrated), to detect the presence of an occupant on the seat. Weight sensing pad 10 is used in conjunction with the vehicle's airbag control module in order to allow deployment of the airbag, in the event of a collision, only if the seat is occupied by a person of a preselected weight. Weight sensing pad 10 is defined by a bladder member 15 having an interior volume subdivided into a plurality of individual cells 42 in fluid communication with each other and that is filled with a non-compressible fluid 18, such as silicon or a silica gel of medium viscosity. A pressure tube 22 is in fluid communication with bladder 15 and is in further fluid communication with a pressure activated electronic transducer 26 which in turn is in electronic communication with the airbag controller 30. When a person sits upon weight sensing pad 10, there is a volumetric displacement of fluid 18 that provides a pressure change in the bladder member. If there is a sufficient pressure change due to the volumetric displacement of fluid to activate transducer 26, transducer 26 sends a signal to air bag controller 30. Electronic transducer 26 is selected to generate a signal upon detection of pressure resultant from the volumetric displacement of fluid 18 from bladder 15 expected from the average size adult of approximately one hundred pounds or heavier.
