    • The invention device consists of two different machines: a preparation one (4) for double wringing with intermediate automatism to permit the hanks (2) overturning, and the other consisting of an automatizing device for transferring the hanks and their loading on the drier. On the preparatory unit (4), the skein loading operations are carried out, with the relevant sticks (17) coming from the dyeing device, for the first wringing operation by means of a cylinder wringing unit (5), the overturning of the skeins (2) and the second wringing operation through a second assembly of wringing cylinders (7). The automatizing device, consisting of a loading robot (8), enables to draw the skeins wringed by the preparatory unit with the relevant sticks (23 and 24) by means of mobile pliers (9) and with shifting the sticks to aid the skein introduction on the arm (12) of the drying unit and their transfer on the said arm (12), to recall the whole unit with extracting the sticks (23 and 24) from the skein inside which are now hanging on the drier arm (12), and the stick unloading into the below recovering container (15), the return of the robot (8) into the starting position to repeat the whole cycle from the beginning. The invention permits to carry out the skein discharging, double wringing, overturning and loading operations on the drier with only one machine in a completely automatic and simplified way. Considerable importance has the execution of the double wringing operation with the skein overturning which enables to wring the skein surface in a complete and uniform way.

    • The hanks are laid on a material bearing arm (A) inserted on a mobile wall (P) which acts as a proof closing door of the dyeing tank. At its end the arm is properly conceived for being introduced into a motor lodging on the opposite side, on the moving wall, in the dyeing tank. By means of this contrivance, the arm is motorized and, therefore, kept in constant rotating motion both in clockwise and anticlockwise sense in order to avoid entanglement of the hanks. The dyeing bath is constantly injected and recirculated on the hanks which are kept in continuous motion by means of a system of pump (D) and bored injection pipes (B).
      This double aspect, continuous injection and rotation, allows a very quick renewal of the dye molecule contact dissolved in the solution of the dyeing tank with the textile material and their respective hooking powers. Therefore, by increasing the contacts of the dyeing substance with the textile material, the temperature increasing time can be reduced which is indispensable for the colour fixing with a consequent considerable reduction of the dyeing times.
      By shortening the execution times, productivity is sensibly increased, the small quantity of water required by this procedure allows an energetic saving as well as an enormous advantage from the economic and ecologic point of view.

    • The machine which enables both quick and delicate dyeing operations consists of a dyeing tank (6) in which one or more fixed housings (2) are fitted which consist of bored cylindrical pipes that bring the extractable reels (1). Furthermore, injectors (10) are foreseen to which the dyeing bath is conveyed by means of a pipe and valve system, to be then injected into different points of both inside and outside hanks circumference. Moreover, a system is performed for the circulation of the dyeing bath and for its forced recycling by means of a centrifugal motor-driven pump (9); this bath is previously prepared in a cylindrical container (11) in which an autonomous heat exchanger (12) is fitted for the bath pre-heating. The hanks are charged and discharged by means of mobile trucks (3) with reel-carriers (2) and with the extractable and interchangeable reels (1). The said reels are fitted into the dyeing unit (6) and kept in continuous and alternate movement through a motor system (7). Alternatively, instead of one reel type (1) a second reel type (14) manufactured so as to act an eccentric during the rotation phase and which, consequently, moves the hanks in a soft way, can be fitted. The whole machine can be operated by means of an electro-pneumatic control board for the complete automation of the cycle.
