    • PURPOSE:To prevent an impervious sheet from floating up, by exposing air-paths connected to openings, at the rear face of a body and water-tightly arranging exhaust air cylinders provided with the openings which can be opened or closed, at the front face of the impervious sheet body. CONSTITUTION:An impermeable and flexible impervious sheet body 1 is made of vinyl chloride resin sheet or the like. Exhaust air cylinders 2 are formed with a rigid synthetic resin material. Air-paths connected to the openings of exhaust cylinders and connected to pierced holes formed in appropriate positions of the body 1 are exposed on the rear face of the body 1. These are arranged watertightly. A wire rope 5 having a float 4 at the front end is attached to the exhaust cylinder 2. In this way, entrapped air between the body 1 and the water bottom is purged into the water through the exhaust cylinders 2 and hence, the impervious sheet is prevented from floating.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a sand preventing sheet from being damaged by the weight and pressure of a material thrown in by providing the sheets with loose parts, extending in the longitudinal direction of a bank, bent back. CONSTITUTION:Three loose parts 2, 3, 4 are formed at proper intervals in a vertical direction while being bent back at a seal member made of nonwoven cloth or the like having water permeation property and thickness of 0.5-5mm, and the parts 2, 3, 4 are, respectively, sewn and fixed. The sewing density (coarseness) gradually reduces according to the sequence of top end part 2, central paret 3 and the lowerest part 4, and the loose parts are set wide according to tension exerted to the sheet member 1 caused by the weight and pressure when the material thrown in is completed. The spreading strength of the loose parts are set freely by the fluctuation of the density and the selection of the fixed material. It is thus possible to facilitate the manufacture, transportation and installation.

    • PURPOSE:To make it easy to form drainage windows on a slope by forming slits to be opened to one side between the center of a strip plate-like form body and one end edge, and forming slits to be opened to the other side between the center and the other end edge respectively. CONSTITUTION:A large number of slits 4 to be opened to one side 4 is formed at a specific interval in a part between the end edge 3 and a bisector Y - Y of a strip shaped rectangular plate form body 1, and a large number of slits 7 to be opened to the other side 5 is formed at a specific interval in a part between the end edge 6 and a bisector Y - Y respectively. After that, the body 1 is bent, and the slits 4 and 7 are inserted into each other to obtain forms A for drainage windows 12. Coupling forms 13 which are not bent and the forms A are coupled through the slits, and after placing them on the surface of an inclination 8, concrete is placed to recesses 10, and gravel and the like are filled into the windows after hardening. Accordingly, the drainage windows can be easily formed on the surface of sloped ground.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of a flexible sheet even when undergoing tensional forces by a method in which loosening portions extending to the direction of crossing are formed in the flexible sheet, and both edge portions of the loosening portions are connected with a connector to be broken by more than a fixed tensional force. CONSTITUTION:Plural water-impervious flexible synthetic resin sheets 11a are lapped on each other at their edge portions extending to the longitudinal direction. The edge portions of the sheets 11a are water-tightly connected by hot- bonding or an adhesive to form a practically one sheet 13 with the connections 12. A loosening portion 14 extending to the longitudinal direction and plural loosening portions 15 extending toward the widthwise direction at right angle to the loosening portion 14 are formed at adequate intervals on each banded sheet 11a. No breakage occurs in the sheet 11a even when undergoing tensional forces, no run-off of harmful substances and soil takes place in the structure, and the protective sheet can thus be laid and buried under the ground.

    • PURPOSE:To simply lay a cover sheet which provides a complete impermeable effect, by a method wherein floats are attached along the side edge of the cover sheet, the sheet is pulled up to the top end of a weir body to remove the floats thereat, and the cover sheet is laid along the top end, the face of slope and the bottom of the sea. CONSTITUTION:Burges are caused to float on the surface 6 of water remaining in the reclaimed land of a weir body 1, a belt material 12 is pulled out, and the overlapped parts are molten by heat and are adhered by heat to each other to form a cover sheet 11. Thereafter, floats 16 are attached, the sheet is caused to float on the surface 6 through buoyancy, and the cover sheet 11 is brought into a condition in which it is spread in water. By pulling the side edge thereof, the sheet is pulled up along the portion, located above the surface, of a face 3 of slope and a top end 2 together with the floats, and is sunk along the portion, under the surface 6, of the face 3 of slope and the bottom 4 of the sea to lay it thereover. This eliminates the need for a troublesome work, in which the sheets are connected, in order, after laying, and permits production of a complete impermeable effect.

    • PURPOSE:To cover the whole surface of a slope with a covering sheet provided integrally by a method in which floats are detachably attached to the covering sheet, the sheet is moved to a given position on water surface on the reclamated side and pulled up to the slope and the shoulder, and the floats are removed out to cause the covering sheet to sink. CONSTITUTION:Plural floats 6 are detachably attached to both side edges of a covering sheet 5, and the sheet is floated on water surface on the reclamated side of a dam 2 and moved to a given position. The sheet 5 is pulled up to the slope 7 and the shoulder 8, the floats 6 are orderly removed out of the end portion, and the sheet 5 on the reclamated side is allowed to sink. The whole surface of the slope, ranging the shoulder 8 of the slope on the reclamated side of the dam 2 to the bottom 10 under water, is continuously covered with the sheet 5 integrally. Environmental pollution caused by industrial wastes dumped in the reclamated side water region can thus be effectively prevented, and the sheet 5 can be easily delivered to given positions and exactly sunk on the slope.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cover sheet from breaking owing to friction or the like of the sheet with conglomerates for backfill forming a slope face by laying a protection material on a part exposed from at least a water level on the slope face formed of the backfilling conglomerate for reclamation to make the slope face smooth and further, laying the cover sheet thereon. SOLUTION: Rubble 11 for a mound is laid on the bottom of water and caissons 12 are installed thereon at every appropriate distance and further, backfilling conglomerates 13 formed of crushed stones or the like are piled at the reclameratation side to form an embankment for reclameration. A protection material 3 formed of a net made of a hard material such as polyethylene is laid along the slope face 2 of the embankment. Then, a cover sheet 4 is laid thereon. The protection material 3 has meshes large enough to fit sharp corners of the conglomerates 13 therein and also thick enough not to protrude the corners out of the surface of the protection material 3. Accordingly, irregularity of the slope face 2 formed of backfilling conglomerates can be absorbed to form a flat face and the cover sheet 4 is placed so as not to come into contact with the conglomerates 13. Hence, durability of the cover sheet 4 can be improved.
