    • Disclosed is a wireless communication system, more particularly, a receiver and a chipset for DSRC. A receiver includes: a low noise amplifier (LNA) amplifying a received radio (RF) signal while minimizing amplification of noise included in the received RF signal; a mixer down-converting a frequency of an output signal of the LNA to output an intermediate frequency (IF) signal; a frequency synthesizer generating and outputting a frequency signal for the frequency-down conversion of the mixer to the mixer; a bandpass filter passing a necessary band of a channel in an output signal of the mixer; a log amplifier amplifying an output signal of the bandpass filter in log scale and outputting a received signal strength indicator of an output signal of the bandpass filter; a detector comparing an output of the log amplifier with a predetermined binary threshold value, outputting a first binary signal when the output of the log amplifier is less than the predetermined binary threshold value, and outputting a second binary signal when the output of the log amplifier is equal to or greater than the predetermined binary threshold value; a switch serially connected with an output terminal of the detector; and a switch controller comparing the received signal strength indicator of the output signal of the log amplifier with an RSSI threshold, opening the switch when the received signal strength indicator is less than the RSSI threshold, and closing the switch when the received signal strength indicator is equal to or grater than the RSSI threshold.

    • A method of responding to a call and mobile communication terminal implementing the same are disclosed. The present invention includes a call request receiving step of receiving a call request from a calling party, a text message preparing step of preparing a text message, and a message communication step of converting the prepared text message to a voice message and transmitting the voice message. Accordingly, in case that a terminal user has difficulty in answering an incoming call from a calling party or intends to continue using the mobile communication terminal prior to receiving the incoming call, the terminal user is able to continue having a conversation using a text message.

    • The present invention provides a heating-pressurizing jig for manufacturing a 5-layer membrane electrode assembly (MEA), in which: metal plates are formed integrally with heating plates to obviate the difficulty in increasing the temperature of the metal plates to a normal state every time when manufacturing a plurality of 5-layer MEAs; an MEA is mounted to external guides while being spaced apart from lower guides at predetermined intervals to prevent the MEA from being dried, contracted and deformed by the heated metal plates; and the lower guides and upper plate supports are elastically supported by springs, respectively, so that the external guides can respond in real time to the change in the thickness caused when upper and lower gas diffusion layers are compressed, thus preventing the MEA from being bent.

    • The present invention features a pinhole detection system of a fuel cell that preferably includes a stage on which a fuel cell element unit is disposed to be detected, a drive portion that is configured to move the stage so as to rotate the fuel cell element unit, a X-ray source that is disposed at one side of the stage to apply X-ray to the fuel cell element unit that rotates, an image detector that detects X-ray penetrating the fuel cell element unit, and a computer tomography that reconstructs tormogram that is detected by the image detector to a three dimension. Preferably, the fuel cell element unit is rotated on the stage, X-ray is applied to the rotating unit to gain the tomogram thereof, and the tomogram is reconstructed to be a three-dimensional image through a computerized tomography (CT scanning) such that the pinhole formed within the unit can be effectively detected.
