    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas concentration-desorption apparatus utilizing non-thermal plasma which, in concentration-desorption of exhaust gas from an absorbing material, can conduct treatment under room temperature and atmospheric pressure conditions without the need to provide any additional apparatus and can lower running cost by providing means for applying non-thermal plasma. SOLUTION: This exhaust gas concentration-desorption apparatus comprises a vessel provided with an exhaust gas outlet/inlet, an absorbing material packed into the vessel for adsorbing the exhaust gas, a power source comprising an AC power supply of 1 to 1,000 Hz, a pulsed power supply, a rectangular wave power supply, or a power supply having a triangular wave current, and non-thermal plasma applying means for generating ionized gas with respect to the adsorbing material upon discharge from any one of the above power supplies under room temperature and atmospheric pressure conditions. The ionized gas desorbs the exhaust gas adsorbed and concentrated in the absorbing material and regenerates the absorbing material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
